Shipping
If not stated otherwise, shipment will be done by carriers selected by Adventure Game Shop or by its delegated. Since shipment cost is charged to the customer, the goods travels at our own risk.
Types of shipment and cost:
- Courier to Italy: 8.80 EURO – Delivery in 3 working days
- Registered mail to Italy: 3.90 EURO – Delivery in 4-5 working days.
- Registered mail to outside Italy, Zone 1: 5.90 EURO – Delivery in 6-8 working days
- Registered mail to outside Italy, Zone 2: 7.90 EURO – Delivery in 10 working days
- Registered mail to outside Italy, Zone 3: 8.90 EURO – Delivery in 14 working days
Payment
- Credit cards - Major credit cards are accepted.
- Cash on delivery - Only for shipment in Italy. Add 2.90 EUROs extra cost.
- Bank transfer - Shipment will occur as soon as the money will appear in our bank. Bank coordinates for bank transfer are the following:

Delivery
In case the product will be damaged or lost in the mail, Adventure Game Shop commits to ship a new copy of the product or, in case the product is out of stock, to ship an equivalent product, provided the customers accepts it. Otherwise the customer may ask to get his money back.
In case the courier is selected by the customer, Adventure Game Shop is not responsible for any damage or loss after delivery of the product to the courier.
In case the order includes one or more items in pre-order, the shipment will be executed as soon as all the items of the order are available.
Delivery will occur normally in working times: from 8.30 am to 12.30 pm; from 3.30 pm to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday, holidays excluded.
